Is it okay for me to eat a lot of salad/soup?

I am interchanging these two meals but I am eating a lot of it (them) chicken salad: -chicken (made in water, nothing added) -peas -carrots (made in chicken's water) -potato (made in chicken's water) -mayo I know mayo is bad, but it's an improvement from Taco Bell and Mcd's ....every day. I'm a college student changing my ways. Soup -Stew meat -cabbage -potato -tomato -carrot -onion -corn -coriander -squash and other vegetables with names that i cant remember anyways, im alternating between these two, except I eat often and a lot. Sometimes, i'll sneak in a fruit bar, a banana and once a week a bowl of cereal. I also eat banana shake and every two weeks, boudin. is it okay for me to eat such large amount of soup and the chicken salad? They arent "large" for others but they serving size is bigger than I usually eat.

it's "okay," but it's not like you'll lose weight or anything.. you didn't say that's your goal, though. so sure, it's okay.

it's "okay," but it's not like you'll lose weight or anything.. you didn't say that's your goal, though. so sure, it's okay.
I think it's good but I think you should also eat some beef or some sort of meat as a side dish, because we all need meat in our system once in a while.
