How much weight would i lose if i ate salads for a week?

my family and i are all going on a diet and i was wondering how much wieght i would manage to lose if i did the following for a week:

breakfast: fruit
Lunch : salad (letuce and tomato with ham )
snack on an apple
dinner: salad (lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onions, egg, olives, meat)

no salad dressings

I weigh 59kg and im 5 foot 6 how much weight would i manage to lose if i diid this for a week and if i did this for a month?

Well it depends on how your body works there's nothing for sure but it can be pretty dangerous if your just doing it for a week because if you let your body adapt to eating salads and healthy food you will stay skinny and not crave snacks

Impossible to say, without knowing the weight of the ingredients along with your current caloric intake, what exercise you get, etc. Try walking; it's easy and good for exercise.
