Healthy, quick, dinner ideas that don't require a lot of ingredients?

Not much food left over- get payed in a few days. Also on a diet, so needs to be healthy.
I have veggies, thank god for the garden.
I was thinking of a beanless chilli (dont usually buy beans anyway) with chicken- but I don't have any tomato paste. Is there a recipe that doesn't require that?
Just hit me with a few filling, low calorie dinner recipes that don't require a lot to make.
What I have;
Chicken breasts, rice, quinoa, a lot of spices (cumin, turmeric, dried pepper flakes, coriander, chili powder, paprika, etc etc- no parsley or cilantro though), bread, buns, peanut butter, veggies like green pepper and lettuce- basically all the basics.
Hurry up, im starving xD

Sorry, I'm probably a little late. But you could throw some chicken on quinoa with veggies. Very healthy :)
