Is My Diet Healthy? (Low Carb)?

I am trying to lose weight

Breakfast: Plain Greek Yougurt, Coffee with Cream but no sugar
Lunch: Simple Salad with Tomato, Lettuces and a can of Tuna, with ranch dressing
Snake: A protein bar
Dinner: Salad with Tomato, Lettures, Pork Chops, a few piece pickles
Snake: Salted Cashew about 10 pieces

Also I drank two cups of green tea and two cups of black tea without cream + water

You can't get a much better diet than that!
I can only think of two things to add: 1. What kind of protein bar are you eating? Some can be high in sugars, but since this is low carb, I'm sure you're checking on all that. 2. What kind of lettuce are you eating? Iceberg has next to no nutrients in it, if you aren't already, try mixing in some darker greens or spinach in your salads. It'll add variety, flavor, and nutrients! :] Good luck!
