I'm stuck! My rug isnt a navy blue or a light blue. It is just a regular blue. What color curtains will go with it?

If the rug, as well as furniture are all in solid colors and you aren't dealing with crazy patterns, I'd go for curtains that ar maybe tan, with accents of a darker brown (such as a stripe, print, etc.). The pattern or striping would add visual interest, as well as not introducing another bold color in such a large way. Don't go too light of a tan as you want the color to stand out from the white wall.

Depending on the style of the furniture or the window space you're working with, something like this might look good: http://www.target.com/p/Veratex-Wild-Orchid-Window-Panel/-/A-13425540

Or for a more stream-lined look: http://www.target.com/p/Home-Faux-45-Silk-Pieced-Colorblock-Window-Panel-45-Thyme-47-Brown/-/A-10904566

Those are just examples. Solids in a mushroom color would also work, or maybe a dark golden color.
