Neighbor letting her dogs relieve themselves on my lawn?

Is it illegal when your neighbor walks onto your lawn with three of her dogs (on leashes) to relieve themselves on?

Trespassing. Illegal; you could sue for "damages" if you had proof. You could sue for a permanent injunction, making their further actions "criminal contempt of court". There may even be a police angle if you have proof that you have asked them to stay off your property and they refused.

Many municipalities have dog control ordinances. For instance, in Boston it would be a $50 fine for allowing the dog to "go" on your property, $50 for not cleaning it up, $50 for not having a means to clean it up, $50 for having a dog on a leash more than 10 feet long, and so forth. Any police officer can write a ticket for the violation, if he or she sees it, but you can certainly file an official complaint and have it investigated (as if the police have nothing better to do).

Neighbor letting her dogs relieve themselves on my lawn?

My dog has relieved himself on every median of every lawn in my hood and I as a responsible owner immediately scoop it up into a bag that I also carry at all times. Is this everyday and just your lawn and is it cleaned up? Go out and talk to th person if they are not cleaning it up and ask them to please at least clean it up or you will contact animal control services and report them for trespassing.

Trespassing.

Also, check your city ordinances for leash laws, as they may only be allowed to be on a certain length leash (often 5 feet long only about), or laws that require the owner clean up the dog's mess.

Try talking to her about it first but if it continues report it to the police.
