Birthday for a 2 year old?

Okay, so i'm deciding to have my sons 2nd birthday at the local park. Its gonna be around 90 degrees on his birthday or hotter so i'm looking for things for the kids to do to have fun. So far, with just the few i've invited, not mention the ones I havent gotten in touch with yet, there's gonna be 20+ people, including kids age ranged from infant to 10 year olds. Because there are gonna be more smaller kids than older kids, instead of buying a slip-n-slide, I got some sprinkler type toys that they can run under to cool off, and I was also gonna do water balloons. I'm also planning on serving some cotton candy and shaved ice along with the cake and ice cream, and main course foods.

Anyone have any other ideas that I could possibly do for the kids so they can have fun, that may be water related or just anything in general that you can do at the park to give the kids more fun than just the play ground.

Thanks very much for the opinions in advance.
