Take it out of the pot and plant in the ground.
Water when dry. Fertilize every 15 days with Miracle-Gro in the growing season.
Let branches grow like crazy and then pick your favorites,

Now go drink a beer and relax.

Is it indoors or outdoors? If it is indoors you could get a high powered fluorescent t5 fixture and supplement it light with that. The blue side of the spectrum promotes vegetative growth. Which means more cuttings. There is a way I believe that if you adjust the N-P-K ratio correctly you can encourage it to produce more branching structure.
